Adaptive Sports Miami is a nonprofit organization that offers various sports and recreational activities for persons with disabilities. ASM was founded by physicians, physical and recreational therapists, as well as coaches and instructors. Our mission is to keep those recovering from injury and/or ongoing disease as active as possible.
Classes are offered on a scheduled basis year-round so that participants can integrate these activities into their normal routine. Programs are free of charge and supported financially by various sponsors such as rehabilitation centers, gyms, and other local businesses.
